Describe your ideal week.
My ideal week would be a balance of productivity, learning, creativity, and relaxation. At the start of the week, I would focus on setting clear goals and organizing my tasks so I can stay motivated and disciplined. Each day, I’d dedicate time to working on projects that challenge me and help me grow, while also leaving space for personal development—like reading, improving my skills, or exploring new ideas.
Midweek, I’d enjoy meaningful interactions with family, friends, or colleagues, because connecting with others brings me joy and inspiration. I’d also make time for exercise and self-care, keeping my mind and body energized. Creativity would play a big part, whether through coding, designing, or simply brainstorming fresh concepts.
Toward the weekend, I’d slow down a bit—spending time outdoors, reflecting on my progress, and recharging my energy. A perfect week would end with a sense of accomplishment, peace, and excitement for what’s ahead.

That scene looks heavenly 🥰 I love the sun shining on me in the morning and what a view! I don’t know if that’s you or not but it’s fun to imagine myself there.

I always start a bunch of projects and get creative, but my adhd doesn’t let me focus on one thing at a time

It basically where I can’t focus or sit still. Its attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

That’s completely relatable! Having lots of ideas is actually a strength — it shows how creative you are. Maybe setting a simple plan or timeline for each project could help you keep your focus without losing your spark.

Thanks for sharing that. I hear you — having lots of creative ideas is a massive strength, even if staying focused feels tough sometimes. Maybe you could try picking one idea to move just a little bit forward each week even 10 minutes and then rotate to another. Small consistent steps often build momentum. You’ve got this
