There are certain small habits I practice every day that make a big difference in my quality of life. One of them is starting the day with a positive mindset. I take a moment each morning to set my intentions, which helps me stay focused and motivated.

I also make sure to move my body daily, whether through exercise, stretching, or walking. This not only keeps me healthy but also improves my mood and reduces stress. Eating balanced meals and drinking enough water are other habits I follow to keep my energy levels steady throughout the day.

Another routine I value is spending time on learning and personal growth. Reading, practicing skills, or reflecting on my goals gives me a sense of progress and purpose. Before I sleep, I take time to relax, unplug from distractions, and reflect on the day, which helps me rest well and prepare for the next one.

These simple habits, done consistently, may seem small, but they bring balance, happiness, and long-term improvement to my life.

    1. So sorry 😔 but you can tell them more about YouTube like coding, and something like teaching class you can encourage them to participate in how to edit videos, design a website I think with these they can start with something then watching comedy
