If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?
If I didn’t need to sleep, I would use all those extra hours to become a better version of myself and explore the things I never have enough time for. First, I would invest a lot of time into learning new skills. I’d probably take online courses, watch tutorials, and practice everything from tech skills to creative hobbies. Having those quiet night hours would help me focus without distractions.
I would also use the extra time to plan my future carefully. Instead of rushing through my day, I could sit down and think about my goals, update my plans, and work step-by-step toward them. This would help me stay organized and always feel ahead of my tasks.
Another thing I’d love to do is work on personal projects—maybe writing, building something, or improving a business idea. Nights are usually peaceful, so it would be the perfect time to create.
Finally, I would spend more time on self-care. I could read more books, exercise at my own pace, or simply relax and reflect. Without sleep holding me back, I’d turn those extra hours into productive, meaningful, and refreshing moments that help me grow every day.
