What major historical events do you remember?
One of the major historical events I remember is the COVID-19 pandemic that began in late 2019. It spread rapidly across the world and became one of the most challenging times in modern history. People had to stay at home for safety, schools and businesses were closed, and everyone had to wear masks and practice social distancing. It was a time that taught humanity the importance of health, family, and working together. Even though it was a hard period, it also encouraged people to appreciate life more and to be grateful for simple things like freedom and good health.
Another major event I remember is the Black Lives Matter movement, which started as a response to racial injustice and police brutality. It united millions of people across different countries, demanding equality, peace, and justice. The movement became a global call for change and made people realize the value of treating everyone with fairness and respect.
These historical events remain in my memory because they changed the world in different ways. They showed that no matter how tough things get, people can come together, support one another, and create a better and fairer world for the future.
