How do you relax?

Relaxation looks different for everyone, but it is something we all need in our daily lives. For me, relaxing is about finding small, intentional moments where I can slow down and reset. Sometimes it’s as simple as taking a quiet walk, listening to my favorite music, or sitting with a good book. These little pauses give my mind space to breathe and remind me that it’s okay to step away from the rush of life.

Other times, I relax by doing something creative, like sketching ideas, writing, or even experimenting with new designs. Creative work helps me feel calm while also expressing myself. I also find peace in silence—just sitting still, reflecting, and letting my thoughts settle.

No matter how busy life gets, making time to relax is essential. It helps restore balance, improves focus, and brings a sense of joy back into the everyday. Relaxation isn’t just a break—it’s self-care.
